I see. Unfortunately we're currently bound to 0.6.7 (embedded system,
old kernel, old d-bus).

Awww, I missed the obvious place to look at :)
Thanks, that was exactly what I was looking for. I'll use the man page
from the 0.6.7 source tarball.
