  * Team upload.

    - Removed the libjibx-java package (now provided by libjibx1.2-java)

    - Removed java-virtual-machine from the suggested dependencies
      of libjibx1.1-java
    - Removed the recommended browser dependencies on the documentation package
  * Switch to debhelper level 9
