    - Add support for departments and highlights.
    - Add support for using a new custom widget from Unity8 to handle payment
      process of purchasable apps.
    - Send dbus signals to the launcher, for downloads started and completed.
    - Add dependency on ubuntu-app-launch-tools used in install-helper script.
