  * Added debian/upstream-signing-key.pgp
  * Added debian/source/include-binaries
  * debian/copyright: Update copyright years.
  * Add test_workaround.diff patch to workaround around a regression in
    GraphicsMagick that causes a test to fail. See: #759956
