kcm-grub2 (0.5.8-0ubuntu4) vivid; urgency=medium

  * Remove libqapt-dev as build-dependency. There is no KF5 KCM
    and thus no port to qapt3. Furthermore upstream appears dead,
    check in with me or Jonathan Riddell for details on that.
