netbeans (8.0.2+dfsg1-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Add reproducible-build.patch.
    Use a fixed date for the install_time variable and make the build a bit
    more reproducible.
  * Export TZ=UTC to force zip to use UTC. Another measure to make the build
    reproducible.
  * Tighten dependency for platform packages to >= 8.0.2.
