  * Update to 20150924 from the 3.5 branch.
  * Expect the test_code_module test to fail in the autopkg tests.
    See upstream issue #25109.
  * Provide some user-friendly advice when `python3 -m venv` fails because the
    python3-venv package is not installed (Barry Warsaw).
