  * debian/patches/enable-tests.patch:
    - Replace the non-DFSG-free RFC files with public domain content.
    - Adjust tests to the new files.
    (LP: #1522442)
  * debian/copyright: mention the replacement.
  * Switch to opt-in for architectures to run tests on.
