    - overlord/ifacestate: drop duplicate package comment

    - overlord/state: checkpoint on final progress only
    - osutil: introduce IsUIDInAny
    - overlord/snapstate: rename GetSnapState to Get, SetSnapState to
      Set
    - daemon: add id to changes json
    - overlord/snapstate: SetSnapState() needs locks
    - overlord: fix broken tests
    - overlord/snapstate,overlord/ifacestate: reimplement SnapInfo (as
      Info) actually using the state
