    - Make the cgfs backend and cgns work without cgmanager
    - Manpage updates
    - Mark lxc-clone and lxc-start-ephemeral deprecated (still included)
  * Set --enable-deprecated so we still ship lxc-clone and lxc-start-ephemeral
