  * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
    - debian/rules: Find Ubuntu's linux-source, too, which uses bz2 and
      not xz; resolves FTBFS.
  * debian/control: Drop Build-Depends on dpkg-dev, as it's already
    in default of debhelper.
