  * Fix Vcs-(Git|Browser) fields to use secure URIs
  * Enable hardening=+all build
  * Add a patch to build ruby plugin against ruby2.3 (fix FTBFS). Thanks
    to Christian Hofstaedtler for the patch (Closes: #816312)
  * Build Tcl plugin against Tcl 8.6 (Closes: #812320)
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.7
