cups-filters (1.8.3-2ubuntu3.2) xenial-proposed; urgency=medium

  * Applied several measure to avoid cups-browsed hanging on shutdowb
    (LP: #1638986):
     - Made sure that the local CUPS daemon is always accessed the same way
       and not sometimes via domain socket and sometimes via localhost:631.
     - Shortened timeouts for http connections so that in case of a
       server access failure the functions return more quickly.
     - Always close http connections correctly after use.
     - If the implicitclass backend fails to access a remote server, do
       not repeat the job immediately but after a certain time interval,
       to avoid cups-browsed getting notification bombs.
     - Call g_main_context_wakeup(NULL) after each g_main_loop_quit(gmainloop)
