It is the regular ubuntu bugtracker at http://launchpad.net
The pcmcia problem should be reported against ubuntu itself as it is
not xubuntu specific.

should be resolved after and update, but if it crashed before you
still need to remove
the leftover menu.xml in ~/.config/xfce4/desktop
