Xubuntu splash

Hi all,

After a good an productive week behind me (working on both xubuntu and
ubuntu stuff) I finally finished two login splashes for xubuntu.

I hope I managed to strike a reasonable compromise between file size
and prettiness, in addition to consistency regarding the other
artworks. Version 1 only 30KB and Version 2 only 20KB.

Please give me some feedback.
