So far I like what I see with the new Flash plugin. A/V is in sync now 
and more importantly, messages like: "You flash player is out-of-date, 
click here to get the new Flash plugin" and then be redirected to a 
Windows based flash player...

Only thing missing is transpiracy, but I believe they are working on it...
