Tuning compcache/ramzswap to allow (X)ubuntu LiveCD install with 128MB of RAM

It happens that you don't have swap to write to, especially for people who
want to turn an old Win98 machine into a Xubuntu one. For these people, I
definately see the interest of such a tweak.
