I am rather incensed by the twitter post (attached), in that it seems,
once again that some opportunities are ONLY available to young people.
To counter this, I was thinking, if we try and promote on social media
that we need help with say Documentation, then we should make it clear
the opportunity is available to all, but perhaps in a way that takes a
subtle DIG at the above mentality.

Does something like this sound appropriate, one of the things like
about the free software communities is that we are diverse, anyone can
contribute and feel valued for doing so.
