Svedish translation in Window Menu

Hi Christer,

I checked the Xfce project on Transifex and it is already translated in
Swedish to what you had suggested. I checked the 21.04 ISO and it is
translated in Swedish, but it isn't in the 20.04.2 ISO due to the string
not being set to be translatable in Xfce 4.14.
