22.04 Xubuntu Schedule

Hello everyone!

Congratulations on making it to another LTS! It's been a long road and I think we're starting from a really good place. I'd like to propose a schedule for this cycle so we have a bit of structure and make sure that we end the cycle with a top-notch release. I've drafted the schedule here:

Some key milestones I've included are:
 * Wallpaper contest
 * Finalizing our updated documentation
 * Getting back into a semi-regular schedule of community meetings
 * Participating in the Ubuntu Testing Weeks
If you have any other suggestions or want to hash things out, let me know. Let's all get together this cycle and make something really awesome.
