Update to Xubuntu Slide Template and Project Flyers

Dear Xubuntu Developers,

Happy Holidays!

I hope you're enjoying the season. I recently took the time to review the
compatibility and formatting of my latest submission across different
formats and slideshow programs. Unfortunately, I discovered significant
formatting issues with triangles and gradients in the brand slide deck.

To address the format issues with the brand slide deck, I’ve made a few
minor modifications. First, I removed all gradients and substituted a
combination of solid and translucent colors. Finally, I applied finishing
touches before testing the changes on Google Slides, OnlyOffice, and
LibreOffice. All three platforms provide consistent and correctly formatted
slides.

The above changes are reflected in this attached file.
