[xubuntu-users] windows desktop arrange

Hi guys:

I'm working at Openoffice translating some text, but I'm reading from
Evince. At Windows I can arrange the active windows in vertical mosaic or
horizontal mosaic to see both windows at the same time with the half of the
screen each one.

How can I get this at Xubuntu?? Or just I need to resize manually???
