[xubuntu-users] networking problems and compiz

hi im having trouble using linuxant to install my driver. i have a 
gateway 6020gz. i read somewhere it is possible but i cant get it to 
work. i got to install linuxant successfully though (i think, tried 
127.0etc)

also im having a tough time with compiz. i tried the tutorials 
everywhere but i keep getting cannot find compiz.... can anyone please help
