Ah, no, the media converter application is only for audio files. The site is
a completely independent thing. You first click "Upload a file", then you
click "Browse" and you select the .rm file, then OK. You then click "Go to
the next step" and select as output file type "ogg". You then click OK, then
Start. And hope it works for you, because it didn't for me, but I'm not sure
if my .rm file was valid...
