[xubuntu-users] update xubuntu to a file then use on remote pc ?

Hi,

Question: I have very limited bandwidth so i was wondering if I 
could install Xubuntu fresh on a system, then normally Xubuntu will 
determine what upgrades it needs. But could I get the needed 
upgrades in some kind of list, file, portable format then go to a 
remote PC w/ a lot of bandwidth, use the "list" to somehow download 
the needed upgrades and then take it back to the pc that needs the 
upgrades on the low bandwidth system?
