[xubuntu-users] language support

hi there,
I need a help to actualizing language support in the user's account (not 
admin). In admin account  i downloaded and installed second language 
packages and am able to switch the keyboard to print. But in user's 
account the admin rightes are required. And since we are there give me 
please a tip how to install/apply language selector.
