[xubuntu-users] $@$@$&%#%& Nvidia card... anyone know if the xorg-video-nv driver does 2d _high_ resolution?

Most of the hardware is not as machine specific as the video drivers.
The three nvidia drivers are the proprietary nVidia drivers, the nv,
nouveau, and vesa drivers are all open source. 

Yes, it is normal not to see specific hardware drivers for anything but
the video.
