[xubuntu-users] Cloning to a larger hard disk Xubuntu 10.10

I used Paragon Backup CD to clone to a larger hard disk of my Xubuntu hard disk. I boot up the larger hard disk but ended with grub rescue >

I google around and realise something is wrong with the boot loader and that I need to do something else to make it bootable. Any idea how to go about. I am quite lost here.
