[xubuntu-users] Panels in Oneiric Ocelot

Top panel is classical and well done..

Bottom panel is aesthetically pleasant but it interferes with clicks at the
screen bottom, so I finally disabled it. Auto-hide function is not perfect.
May-be moving it to the left would be better (less interferences with clicks
than at bottom)
