[xubuntu-users] Getting LoCo teams active

I'm a member of the Oklahoma LoCo team and it's absolutely dead. It
doesn't seem like this is uncommon as I've been browsing several
surrounding state LoCo mailing lists and they're equally dead.  While I
recognize that *buntu enjoys a relatively small market share compared to
Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X, I'm wondering where all the
"passionate users" of *buntu are?

If those of us who use and love the os aren't active in its evangelism,
how do we expect to expand market share and visibility?  Any ideas for
reviving dead LoCo's?
