Well your local Bluetooth adapter is recognized, supported and working fine
so far.
Next you need to pair your Dell and the Bose.
Set the Bose into discoverable state (check the manual)
then run
---
hcitool scan
---
which should show the Bose (and maybe also some smartphones of your
neighbors :).
In case of sound redirection to it I don't know how to do that (pulseaudio
should be responsible for that).
