We will need some more information.  What machine(s) have you tried to 
boot with the usb, what all have you tried, how far along does the boot 
get (i.e. doesn't recognize thumbdrive as a bootable device or system 
hangs after such and such a point.)  The more information we have to 
work with the better we can help.
