[xubuntu-users] Libre Office

I am setting up to use Libre Office and have installed version 4.1.3.2 
and have encountered a problem. The menu bar and the menus and the rows 
of icons beneath this bar are rather small for my ageing eyes. What is 
the best way to make them bigger, please?
