Yeah. Running that command produces nothing now. Gonna try a dist upgrade.
The other Fn keys work fine.

It depends on laptop. In my Thinkpad it is Fn+F7 - it should call
xfce4-display-settings --minimal
You can always catch it via Settings|Keyboark|Shortcuts
