Right clicking did nothing but redraw the thing. I looked in bunches
of config files and scripts, and some .desktop files, but could find
nothing to influence it. Interestingly, left clicking its components
does nothing. It seems to be harmless, just annoying. In Obconf, I
moved the position of the "dock", but no change to this thing.
