The command is   lspci   and not   Ispci   , the first letter is an "l"
as in "life" not an "I" as in "Internet".

You can copy and paste output from a terminal emulation. In the terminal
emulation don't use shortcuts to copy, left click and move the mouse to
mark the text, right click and chose copy. How to paste it depends to
the used MUA (mail user agent). Usually you can use a shortcut, Ctrl+V,
the edit menu or a left click.

Another solution is to write the standard output to a file, e.g.:
$ ifconfig > /path/ifconfig.txt

Then add ifconfig.txt as attachment to your email.
