Install or reinstall the package flashplugin-installer.
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get flashplugin-installer
JFTR flashplayer for Linux is obsolet, for tablet PCs flashplayer never
was available. If Firfox's HTML5 doesn't support what you need, get
https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/
cd /to/download/directory/
sudo dpkg -i name.of.the.downloaded.chrome.package
I don't install flashplayer. If a site needs flash features, I'm usually
not interested, however, if for some reason I still should be interested
in something that requires flashplayer, this is what I do:
Most of the times I use QupZill, assumed QupZill should be unable to
provide the needed feature(s) I use Firefox instead, assumed Firefox
doesn't provide the needed feature(s), I use google-chrome-stable.
