Hi Lutz,
Thank you for your prompt reply.
I removed menuLibre and re-installed it, but with the same outcome, no
menu editing.
It would appear to be picking up some setting in myprofile that is
stuffing it up, as I created another user and the new user has a copy of
the present state of my menus and in Settings Manager I can open Main
Menu and Menu Editor no prob's.
So I feel the program itself is not damaged, and the list and structure
of the menu is not damaged, it is somewhere else in my profile.
Is there a command line setting that would let me reset menuLibre?
