[xubuntu-users] Window re-shaping when slid along a border

I notice in 14.04.1 when I move a window to an edge of the screen and
slide it a little way along that edge it reshapes to maximize along
that edge only.

Is there a way to turn this off?  I hate it.  It reminds me of MS
Office, which I also detest tho I have to use it for work....
