I have encountered a rather strange (at least to me) pr0blem with
autodocktools (adt) and its associated programs.
If I install adt from Xubuntu I get the following messages when I try to
run the application the splash screen opens and the progress bar goes to
100% and the app hangs.
The messages are:
comp at inga:~$ /usr/bin/autodocktools

If, on the other hand, I download, and install, MGL_Tools from
Scripps.edu, it installs and runs without any warnings or errors.
As I said, a tad strange.
I woud appreciate comments,
Thanks in advance.
