[xubuntu-users] Is Xubuntu image updated?

and from this last comment I infer that the image on the xubuntu.org
website is updated with the latest patches.

My original question was a simple one and I guess that I did not explain
myself, so I'll try again:
the file that I downloaded in April from the xubuntu.org website and the
file that it is available for download now, are they exactly the same?
