Hello,
I use gpscorrelate for this usage which allow to adjust the time .
(Because I travel a lot, my camera time is GMT : no need to adjust)
The gpstraks of my Garmin gps are in GMT too.
The gps tracks of my HTC Desire were recorded by Everytrail (seems down
now), and transfered as regular files from the phone to my PC
I adjust the gps track format with gpsbabel.
