[xubuntu-users] Reversing mouse wheel on desktop

That is weird.

Has anyone got any idea what could cause this, or is there any way to
remap the wheel, apart from xmodmap, which would remap it for
everything?

I did an upgrade to 4.12 from the ppa, but I still get the same
behavior.
