[xubuntu-users] Frequently returning keyboard disfunction

hi there,
I'm here with a keyboard loosing its function on entering the xubuntu
desktop.
Details:
Laptop, acer, 4 years old model
Xubuntu 15.04

After fresh installation the keyboard works fine. Updating and upgrading
via terminal and rebooting and the keyboard is still fine. Waiting ca 1
week and the keyboard looses its function when reaching the login screen.
Updating the system lets the keyboard work for another few days, but then
again it looses its function. As I cannot find correspondences going
further than "updating" I turn this question to you.
