[xubuntu-users] Bug in Xubuntu 15.04, 15.10?

Hello, Everyone.

Sorry for my english.
I love Xubuntu.
I use now 15.10 (64 bit) beta, but the problem is in 15.04 (64 bit) too.
I have a problem with Xubuntu.
I have a AMD a10-7850k AMD processor.
If i use the open xorg driver, everything works fine, but steam does not
starts.
I tried it with fglrx, but it did not started either.
I went back to the open source driver, because 'higan' does not works with
fglrx.
Now, i can not change my background, because the desktop settings menu
stops opening.
I purged fglrx and reset the xorg driver.
What should i do to use 'desktop settings' again? (as seen in the picture
(the language is hungarian))
