[xubuntu-users] sorta OT: one-url-stop ubuntu "official" websites for the basics

Hi,

Sorta OT:  Often on the list users ask basic questions which require use 
of lsusb, lspci, lsblk, blkuid, as well as files /etc/fstab, /etc/mtab, 
/etc/apt/sources.list etc ...    Are there well written, 
Ubuntu-sponsored, enhanced man-like pages for the basic diagnostic 
commands and basic system files?  I'd be useful to guide someone through 
a webpage.  It seems that questions about the diagnostic commands are 
spread about Ask Ubuntu in individual queries, but there's not a one-url 
place.  Or, am I wrong? (I usually am)
