[xubuntu-users] Why does it start a web browser

Hi All,

I'm running a couple of xfce4-terminals.
In one terminal is a list of files:

-rwxr-xr-x 1 b2b b2b 1921 May 6 10:54 sftp-delete-withboth.01.ex
-rwxr-xr-x 1 b2b b2b 1567 Nov 17 2006 sftp-delete-withkeys.01.ex
-rwxr-xr-x 1 b2b b2b 1627 Nov 17 2006 sftp-delete-withpass.01.ex

In the other terminal I'm running commands. However, in terminal2 when I
type a command and then try and copy/paste a filename from terminal1,
instead of pasting the filename, it starts a web browser, which then says:

Firefox can't find the server at ftp-delete-withboth.01.ex

If I then close the web browser and paste a second time, then it pastes
the filename correctly in the terminal.

What's going on, and how can I stop it?

Thanks.
