16.04 On NetBook - WiFi Dies After Few Minutes Of Booting?

Hi,

Been running Xubuntu 16.04 64Bit on both my desktop and thin client and
was 100% happy with it.
I installed Xubuntu 16.04 64Bit onto my netbook today and have had
consistent issues with WiFi?
The WiFi works for about 15 minutes then it stops working even though
Network Manager shows it is still connected?
The only way to fix the WiFi is to open network manager and disconnect
and reconnect?

Anyone know what the issue is with "Ralink 802.11 n WLAN" USB WiFi
adapter and 16.04 O.S.?
I've also notices sometimes when booting O.S., there is an error
message: something about NM-Applet not working?
Just for the record, 14.04 and Win 10 both worked 100% with the above
USB dongle so we can't blame the hardware.

Thanks & nice O.S.!

Jesse
