You con use "Synaptic" to save a list of all packages you have
installed.

I can't provide the exact menu-items, because my system-language is
german, but you should find the menu-item under "file".

There is one item that says: "Save all marked changes as...". If you
chosse this item, a filerequester will appear. In the lower left
corner is a checkbox, which allows to store the whole list of all
packages.
