[xubuntu-users] How to Report Kernel Problems?

I have also problems, but with X11.

With 4.13.0-26-generic my xubuntu desktop looks like:

I rebootet then with 4.10.0-42-generic and everything is ok there.

It looks, linux-image-4.13.0-26-generic is bad :-(
